Who we are
Tower Alternative Investments is an investment company with the purpose of raising funds to be invested in a variety of real estate assets, notably in Europe and Canada. Tower is based in Luxembourg, and as such benefits from an operationally flexible and fiscally efficient investment structure, as well as a stable regulatory and tax framework.
At the cross section between real estate and finance, Tower Alternative Investments is organized as a securitization vehicle with the objective of raising funds to be invested in a variety of real assets. Our team leverages its strong track record and experience in real estate and private equity, which dates back over 30 years, to building and valuing real estate portfolios on behalf of our own investment vehicles as well as for third-party clients.
Tower’s main focus and track record is on diversified real estate opportunities – investing strategically as economic and market conditions change in different regions. Tower’s team has a proactive and highly selective approach to structuring transactions with both existing structures and land for development, leveraging our operational expertise in real estate to unlock value. Through our experience and network, we have developed intelligent deal structuring capabilities enabling us to find value where others do not – by focusing on the acquisition of prime distressed properties at a discount to market value with a view to generating very high returns on investment.

Leadership
Bruno Capone, Director
Bruno is the founding partner of Lextray sarl, an established and expanding internationally-oriented legal and tax firm the operates in all areas of corporate law. Mr. Capone’s areas of expertise include M&A, capital markets, investment funds, private equity, securitisation and international corporate law.
Alain Lam, Advisory Board
Alain has an accounting and corporate services background. He is currently a partner in a large international accounting firm. Coupled with significant experience in and understanding of the Real Estate development sector, Alain is well placed to contribute to this investment platform.
Jean-Robert Pronovost, Advisory Board
Founder of Cape Partners Inc., a private equity firm and merchant banking firm. Previously he was a partner and co-founder of a family office venture capital fund with investments in Canada, the U.S. and Europe, spent five years at Credit Suisse First Boston advising on large mergers and acquisitions and financings, and worked six years at the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Quebec, one of Canada’s largest pension funds.
